Sometimes, we put our best foot forward when we’re part of a team. Reconnect with your body & empower your mind with my 4-6 week wellness program designed to create long lasting change through consistent movement, developing an understanding of the importance of nutrition, movement and lifestyle.
The Linkup Program comes with a trialed and tested Nutrition framework allowing you to input your preferences within the guidelines of the program and meet your nutrition goals beyond the program as well.
5 x 30-35 minute workouts per week all done Live* with me so I can move with you, motivate you and make the moves you’re making informative, fun and simple!

Private LINKUP Programs are open for Regristration all year round for one-to-ones and groups of 4 people or more.

Linkup Programs range from 4-6 weeks and really came to life during the pandemic where it became clear how important our relationship with movement is to our mental health and yet how many of us struggle to overcome the barriers in place to feel in control of our health.
By focusing on regular movement and consistent application of Linkup Food Framework, connecting with like-minded individuals and guided by your Coach, I hope to keep you motivated and informed through the process of achieving your goals. Together we can lay solid foundations for you to feel confident with your wellness decisions and continue to build them up and feel like the best you!
