When we participate in an activity over a long period of time or pick up any new skill or activity it can be a challenge to feel conditioned to the new movement patterns and protected for recurring patterns. Being explosive, elastic, stable and coordinated takes work!
In order to get the results that you want, a training plan needs to take into account your individual needs, strengths, and weaknesses. Every body is different, so your training should look different from anyone else’s.
